GLCHS is hiring additional male and female dorm parents to work in both our on-campus dormitories starting September 2024 for the full academic year.

The dorm supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for the residential students living in our dormitories who attend our High School.  

Normal dormitory duties include supervision and enforcement of timings (such as Study Hall/curfew and lights out), student care (first aid), and communicating with the Academic Office and the Director of Residences about student issues/illnesses/incidents.  The Supervisor will model Christian behaviour to all of our students in their conduct and speech. This position involves some daytime supervision and overnight sleep shifts. Meals from our cafeteria are included when on duty.

Great Lakes Christian High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time High School Teacher specializing in Physics and Technology for the 2024-25 Academic Year. The ideal candidate will have an active and personal faith in Jesus Christ, a strong commitment to Christian education, and demonstrated excellence in teaching. Intermediate/Senior certification and/or relevant experience in teaching Physics is required. A secondary teachable in Technology or another subject area is considered a valuable asset.
