At Great Lakes Christian High School, we are committed to academic excellence that goes beyond meeting expectations—we aim to shape students who think deeply, communicate clearly, and live purposefully. Our curriculum is built on the solid foundation of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), which is recognized by universities and colleges across Canada and around the world. We offer all the prerequisite courses required by Canadian universities, ensuring our graduates are well-prepared for post-secondary education.
What sets our academics apart is the intentional integration of the Bible into every subject. Whether studying science, history, or literature, students are encouraged to explore how faith and learning intersect—developing not just their minds, but their hearts and character.
Our school is also proud of its strong ESL (English as a Second Language) program, which equips international students for academic success in English-speaking environments. In fact, more than half of our recent valedictorians have participated in the ESL program, a testament to the support and high achievement possible for all learners at Great Lakes.
